The FBI is the agency to contact if you feel threatened by illegal aliens. However, if they determine that you have fabricated anything or made a frivolous complaint, then you may be charged for defrauding an agency of the United States government and may be subject to what is it?...five years in prison or $10,000 fine? Something like that.
Funny thing, though. All these hundreds, (thousands?), of people who have gone public with their impassioned stories of abductions, etc., not one of them has ever filed an official report with the FBI. If this kind of thing was going on, you can bet that the government would want to know about it, regardless of whether or not they could do anything about it.
So I say to people like you, present your evidence and file a report if you believe people are being harmed in any way. But it had better be good and not have any loopholes in it or you are going to prison. Don't worry, they won't lock you up for being nuts; only if they have evidence that you deliberately lied to them. They'll remind you of this again, before you make it official, so go for it.

Then you need to hide out where they can't find you.
Somewhere away from Georgia, somewhere remote, no cell phones or TV or radio or anything.
And make a hat lined with tinfoil so they can't read your thoughts (use the heavy stuff for barbecues, the thin foil isn't good enough to stop their mental waves).
