Men cheat because some women through themselves at them. Some women are easy and some are looking for a good time and don't care if the man is married or has a girlfriend. It's in a man nature to test the waters of many women. Some men just like the idea of having sex with no strings attached, they like something different and they can have a double life with someone else. I could go on and on but they cheat because they want to and it has nothing to do with their girlfriends or wives. If you have been cheated on I always say "Don't get mad, get even" **

Depends on the man.
Some just are immature and selfish and want instant gratification.
Others are lonely, hurt, feeling unappreciated and unwanted and go find it somewhere else instead of working on their problems in the relationship they already have, but want to keep the relationship they are unhappy in in case the ones they cheat with don't work out. They don't want to be alone and don't possess the skills to take responsibility and find solutions to their unhappy relationship. So they cheat and hang on to the unhappy relationship until a better one comes along.

Yet others have no respect for others and care only about satisfying their physical needs.

They cheat because they can. Sometimes they get caught and then they have to really think about whether they want the relationship they have or whether it is time to move on. Usually they will cheat as long as they can get away with it if they are that kind of guy.

He's probably not serious about being serious with you.
Maybe he feels like just because he's in a relationship with you that "life is over" and can't have fun?? (i felt like that too)

Another reason i think men cheat is because they like girls too much, they like beauty. If they're with a pretty girl already, and they see someone else thats prettier, and has something the other girl doesn't have, he might go after her.
To sum it all up guys cheat beucase theyw ant something new. Or, they're not getting love, and attention from you enough so they go look for it from someone else who can do it better.

Some don't - but the ones who do - love the thrill of the chase. I've been told by more than one - and one was a boyfriend who cheated - yes he's now my ex. Or they cant get at home what they honestly desire. Once they cheat - they will always - they cant change - or not easily anyways.
