Well you said no house pets but i have a pet roach and i would definatly be one.
They are pretty indestructable but never mind it alwys seems like in a battle the roach doesnt win. roach vs cat cat wins vs human we win vs. you get my point so i guess i would be a luna moth.

they know how to defend themselves without killing other animals
