Is it not the basis of any good legal system to listen to BOTH sides before decisions about cases are made ? That is what I learned at Law School !!!
So that Sky news program is valueless unless we can also watch a TV program about the McCann case made by a Portuguese TV station.
More interested in listening to what the Portuguese Police have to say about the case as I am sick and tired of reading newspaper headlines that treat us as imbecils or stupid. That I am sick of. The latest is that a portuguese maid kidnaped Madeleine as revenge against the McCanns --- the maid did not like the McCanns, see ?! Let's read first what the Portuguese Police have to say. The McCanns own lawyer advised his clients last month that they will probably be charged after he saw the evidence the PJ-GNR had against the McCanns. Until we can listen to both sides, everything is just a desperate attempt at clearing the McCanns name.

it was factual .it showed things as they were. no assumptions, someone said, sorry i didnt catch who he was, that the car had been used by 30 people. if maddies body had been in it ,the dna would have been everywhere. it was an interesting programme and it said exactly what ive always thought. no evidence at all to say the mccanns harmed maddie. even the blood wasnt significant. i think it may have been someone elses blood. i was cooking dinner so i missed a few bits, but it was a good programme and well balanced
