Im not a big fan of the Pat's and don't condone cheating...but ins't this just the latest example of how sue happy of a country we are? And of course he is a lawyer...go figure...nothing like tying up our courst with such a stupid case...I hope the judge sees this and makes this idiot pay through the nose for such a stupid case....184 million he is sueing for...what a loser!

honestly this whole lawsuit makes no sense whatsoever. I mean did that person pay 184 million bucks for that one ticket..i don't think so. He is just gonna lose this case and it really shows how this country will sue over anything.

i kno he is tryin a get rich quick thing he will never win he is suein b/c the pats took the game away from the fans. the fans never knew it happened until like 3 days after it happened. this guy is the biggest loser tryin to sue a billionaire who can afford the best lawyer in the world the guy has no case at all all other teams cheat the just have guys in the stands an not standin on the sidelines this case means nothin to ne one. also this loser is suein for like wat the whole team makes in a year

I hope the guy who filed it and the attorneys get thrown in jail and disbarred for abusing the legal system and filing a frivolous lawsuit for a "get rich quick" scheme or extortion...
