No Genetics are what affect hair and eye color. Your gender has nothing to do with it.

Not that I'm aware of. It is possible that having two X chromosomes (therefore female) would make you have eyes that were a brighter blue or softer green or whatever, but if you're speaking more generally then no. Think about it. I've seen guys and girls with green, blue, hazel, brown eyes and every color of hair from white to black.

your hair and eye color is determined by genetics. Say if your mom has brown hair and your dad has blonde hair, you will most likely have either brown or blonde hair.
think of it this way if
brown=Dominent and blonde =recessive then it will go like this... big B=brown and little b=blonde
two big B's are what you call pure dominent
same goes for two recessive genes
say mom is pure dominent or BB
and your dad is bb
a model will look like this
b b
B Bb Bb
B Bb Bb
this means you will have a 100% chance of having brown hair because you only need one dominent gene to make each trait dominent.

genetics isn't as cut and dried as it was when I went to school. There are all manner of things that are somewhat different than what I was taught. But I'm pretty sure this is one area that hasn't changed.
