I don't understand what the big deal with points is? I use it to get answers and to help out where I can. Although I'll admit, some of the polls and survey questions are interesting and fun, but are more people just interested in their point value than in getting real questions answered?

I like to try to help people and give good answers but the big deal with points for me is that I don't want to have a limit to answering questions or anything like that. Once I get that far, I'm not really gonna care about points anymore.

What good are the points really? You can't trade them in for anything . So I just do it when i am bored. BUT I did get a lot of good of help when I was buying a car.
