I go to an LSU/Tulane game, and by the time I go to sleep Oklahoma, Florida, West Virginia (the night before), Rutgers, and Texas all had lost.

What the hell happened to college football's "elite"?

Yeah..I was at the LSU/Tulane game. Don't let the score fool you...that game was a LOT closer than what the scoreboard said. LSU (thank goodness) had more athletes.

Crazy. And the polls are out. What a joke! Florida loses to an unranked team and drops only 4 spots, from 3 to 7??
S. Florida. Great story. But jumping from 18 to 6?? After beating an overrated W. Va. team.
I guess in the end it will all work out. Hawaii will be in the Top 5 because they'll be undefeated because they play high school teams.
Playoffs are needed!

Everything...The entire world was turned upside down yesterday...At least my Tigers pulled away from Tulane in the second half...we even managed to get one more vote for first place in the AP polls than USC.. =) Now waiting for the rest of the polls later this week.

Im just glad LSU stepped up in the second half because they were really worrying me in the 1st... But after something bad like Saturday there is usually something great that comes out of it... For example the AP poll... #1 baby!!!!

GEAUX Tigers!

That's why they play the games. I know. It is a overused statement but I will use it again. I did watch the OU game and they basically gave the game to Colorado. No disrespect intended to the Buffs.
