The best method of proper personal hygiene is to change your clothing and bathe regularly. YES I change ALL my clothing daily...sometimes more often especially if I sweat a lot, and I bathe at least once a day as well.

yes, of course, I always to change underwear and bra every day. It will keep fresh everyday. Panty are most important to change every day, If you are on period or what?

yes, well at least my panties. i'll wear my bra a day or two in a row sometimes, but a girl definately should change her underwear every day because that's just gross not to.

For a bra, no. But for underwear, every day unless yours on your period, then the pads take care of the dirty-ness, and you can use your one pair until one day after your period ends, then change them.

underwear should be changed everyday. bras you can probably wear a few times unless you sweat a lot or get them very dirty.

You could be like that one singer she changes hers 3 times a day and never wears them again. They are special from France or something like that. But then she does have the money to do that.

I change my bra ever 2 days, and i never wear panties, but i guess if i did i would change them every day
