It's by Casting Crowns and we sing it at my church
I also like "Fling Wide"[Open up the doors/ let the music play/ let the streets resound with singing...etc. etc. etc.]
And "Blessed be the Name"
We sing a lot of contemporary Christian at my church, with the occasional hymn thrown in, but modernized.
