I was due for my period on the 28th of Sep. and I started bleeding on the 29th, and I had bad cramps(I normaly dont have them) I was really tired on the 28th(day befor bleeding) and dizzy. This morning I woke up and had to run to the bathroom because my period was really heavy!! I have to change almost every hour and a half. I have been passing blood clots and one of them was a little bigger in size than a golf ball. I have been feeling kinda sick to my tummy too. I was just wondering what you guys all think. [I am not on any birthcontrol and we do have unprotected sex]

I have had 4 miscarriages and that sounds like 2 of them. My period was only like 1 or 2 days late, but since were were trying to conceive, I always took HPT's early so I knew I was pregnant.
I had a ton of really bad cramping, I was passing clots and I was bleeding bright red blood for a lot longer than when you are on your period.
If I were you, I would take an HPT, just to see if it can detect any HCG. Then I would call the OB on call (now). They just want to make sure that everything passes and that you are not carrying an ectopic pregnancy. If the bleeding gets heavier, like 1 or more pads an hour, or if you feel like vomiting or you get dizzy or if you are having shoulder pain, get to the hospital ASAP. This could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy.
I am sorry that this has happened to you hon. But do keep in mind, that you are very fertile right after a miscarriage. We conceived 2 of our baby's after I miscarried!

When you're approximately 12-14 weeks, the possibilities diminish greatly. That is while the placenta takes over and starts to nourish your child. That is probably the most significant time. Once you get beyond that, you will not be residence loose, however the possibilities are small after that. Miscarriages occur for a quantity of causes: the placenta does not take over thoroughly, genetic illness, strain. Usually the ones embryos that miscarry have anything very mistaken with them and they may be able to now not live to tell the tale. There is various understanding at the quantity of pregnancies that lead to miscarriage b/c such a lot of of them occur earlier than a girl even is aware of she's pregnant. Probably approximately 10%, even though. Really, such a lot infants pass to complete time period and are healthful. If they do not it can be a well factor that they do not b/c of a genetic mistake. The great factor so that you can do is inform youself well ideas and take a look at to stay strain loose. Most most probably the whole thing will probably be high-quality, however the one manipulate you may have over it's to check out to diminish strain.

It may be a miscarriage.. but since it was right around the time you were expecting your period, I'd doubt it. Aside from that, at 1 month pregnant (which is what you would have been if it were a miscarriage) your baby would be nowhere near the size of a golf ball.. it is more like the size of a grain of rice or a pea. If I were you, I would call your doctor asap.

Oh gosh you poor thing. Well its not that normal but not unusual either. Bigger than a golf ball is big. I think your okay and they were just blood clots, but go to the doctor to check coz if you did have a miscarriage they need to do things to you.

Unfortunately, it sounds like it could be one of those very early miscarriages that most women don't even realize they are having. I would contact your ob/gyn and explain the symptoms and ask if they want to see you.

I am assuming you are having unprotected sex without birth control because you WANT a baby. If that is the case, then I am sorry you did not get pregnant this month.
If not, don't act surprised when you do end up pregnant.
