i put a louis vuitton purse on ebay with serial numbers and keep getting kicked off, please tell me why.they say trademark infringment?

Because its not a genuine purse. The LV Vero member on ebay is very very hot on fakes.

Most fake LV bags have serial numbers, so they mean nothing. e-bay has looked at your photos and doesn't feel that you bag is authentic. It is illegal to sell knock off items..."trademark infringement". If you aren't 100% sure the bag is authentic, take it to a LV store or mypoupette.com to see.
