I have an account on youtube, and i have no idea how to make videos! do you have to have a webcam or something?
please someone help me!

Just record on your camera and upload it into your computer through the USB port. Then upload from your computer to YouTube.

A webcam, camcorder or digital camera capable of making videos would be your best bet.
A webcam however really restricts where you can shoot video, unless it's on a notebook computer.
You'll have to record a video and save it as a file. Edit your video if you like using Windows Movie Maker (or whatever video editing program you like) and save it as a PC playable movie. Then you can upload to YouTube.

You can get a webcam, but you can also take videos on your digital camera and then download it onto the computer, and then upload it onto YouTube.
