There is no way to tell for sure. Even doctors can't be 100% certain. Hymens break easily with sports or masturbation or some girls are never born with one.
Behavior in bed? Nope that isn't an indicator either. There is so much information on sex and techniques that if a virgin were so inclined she would have vast amounts of sexual knowledge without any practical knowledge.
The truth is you have to ask and trust that you will be told the truth.

tell her you are a virgin(even if you are not) and see what she says. if she says she is then you have your answer, if she says she has been around then you are in luck, you have a veteran.
