I want to download a photo-editing program LIKE Adobe Photoshop, but it has to be free.
Any suggestions?

Try Paint.net its free and works great. Not as many features as Photoshop but its works good enough for me. Theres also Jasc Paintshop Pro, its not free but its almost exactly like Photoshop. You can get that on Ebay for about 10 bucks. Also you can browse around on Download.com under Photo Editing.

Just a note of interest.
AdobePhotoshop CS is a very expensive program. They do offer a 30 Free trial.
Remember you are not going to find a top of the line photo editing program FREE.
Yes there are several different software brands available, your best bet for free is a Google search for FREE PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE.
Also remember free software is fair at best compared to the Professional Photo Editing Software, like Adobe Products.
Elements is under $30.00 and it is one of the many Adobe Products.

Gimpshot is like photoshop but just not as good, try it out, just depends on how expirenced you are and what sort editing you need to do. Type gimpshop into google.

I downloaded the full version of Adobe Photoshop at http://frigidfiles.com/file/b95cc6a566.
I downloaded it a few months ago and it still works great.

Gimp is probably what you're looking for. it is a free software similar to Photoshop only with less features.
