Hi im havin work experienc dis week with a school, nd wil b doin a mixtur of things includin sports. I am not sure what to wear, expecially because i mite b doin sports (i.e. wearin trainers instead of smart shoes). They told me to wear smart casual - do u think jeans with a smart blouse wuld b dis? thanks in advanc =]

I would take some slacks and wear a nice t (not a cotton t shirt, get one that is sold in the dress clothes section) Wear Loafers, and take some tennis shoes to change into if needed.
Can maybe do khakis instead of slacks. Jeans are a huge NO NO!

Yepp, I think you've got it right. A pair of ballet flats, a colourful bangle and gold hoops and you are all set! Also, it doesn't have to be a really boring white button down, try something like this:

Also, breaking up a suit by wearing the jacket with a pair of jeans and either a blouse or a cami underneath.
For the sports.... Instead of dressing for it, bring a change of clothes! Leggings, a baggy t-shirt, running shoes and a hair elastic, and you are ready!
