I really need one and want one without having to spend 50$ on it. Also if you can suggest anyone who has them for under 20-10$ --- If it could also include a filter or light? Thanks all

I don't live near there either, but you might also want to check this website: http://www.freecycle.org/group/US/North%20Carolina It works similar to Craigslist, but items advertised on Freecycle are free! And also check your local classifieds and yard sale notices.

Hi, I don't live in NC, but I would suggest going to this link and posting an ad saying that you are looking for a 3-5 gal fish tank with at least a light and filter. Also say you are looking for it to cost under 20 bucks. http://charlotte.craigslist.org/search/pet?query=fish
