Being honest is the most important part of trust. You need to address this as soon as possible. If they find out from another source, it will begin to build distrust in the relationship that you are having.
If someone truly loves you they will be forgiving and supportive.

I honestly can only imagine what your going through. She is your wife and when you married her you committed yourself to her. That means you talk about everything on your mind so that there is a complete understanding about each other in the relationship.
I would tell her that it has been bothering you and you just needed to tell someone, and who better yet then her your wife. It's better then letting it just sit inside of you and make you feel this way. Just open up to her :)
best wishes

She already married you, she will only love you more for having trusted her with your most deepest and most painful hurts. Explain that you were afraid of her feeling differently about her, and how these painful truths you hold about your past affect you and your ability to trust. Remember, you got married out of the love you had for one another .

Huh? Wife? Oh, ok, I understand. Anyway, tell her what you thinnk she should know.
Expect understanding and hugs in return. That's what love is all about right?

If you are a female you can't have a wife. Marriage is only for man and woman. Sorry.
