is this conditionals order right?

A) if you own a dog, you must buy a license
B) if you buy a license, you will not have any money
C) if you do not have any money, you are a bum
conclusion: if you own a dog, you are a bum

if im not right, please tell me what order to write ABC in. the conclusion always stays the same. thanks! (another below)

A) Treasure hunters love the sea.
B) People who love the sea are great swimmers.
C) If a person is a great swimmer, he will win an Olympic medal.
D) Olympic winners smile a lot.
conclusion: Treasure hunters smile a lot.

i thought its either in that order, or the complete opposite DCBA.

all help is much appreciated & i will choose an answer
