There's always a man somewhere..Maintenance workers,,tradesmen coming to fix something,and above all,,toilets don't discriminate.Public toilets must be accommodating for both genders by law,regardless of the populating gender.I work in a place dominated by men.We have female toilets everywhere..

Now, the SERIOUS answer to your non-question is because they have VISITORS of both genders.

No, because maybe there are some male staff members. Or when parents come to pick their children up, their dads or brothers could be there in need of a bathroom

nah, because there are usually guys running the camp, like president or something, but yeah, i always laugh when I see them at girls camps. It is the stupidest thing, and all we use them for are hideouts that the counselors never think to look in, because they are technically locked. lol, fools.
