Since Alessia ends in an A, why not pick a second name starting with A so that it would be easy to say. Alessia Anne
Alessia Amy, Alessia Ava, Alessia Anna, Alessia Allison, Alessia Abigail. Alessia Ann to me sounds the best, but it is just a suggestion.

Alessia Ann Cottone/Armstrong, nice name, especially for her Christening.

You could also choose a name after one of the Catholic saints from Italy.

Since Alessia is two syllables and Cottone/Armstrong is also a very long last name, I would stick to a short second name.
Think how long it would take her to write her own name, over and over again.
Alessia Cottone/Armstrong is already a mouthful to say.
Add a long middle name and kids might even laugh at her name being so long.
Good luck. Remember, it is your/&boyfriend/s decision. You are choosing what name she will use until perhaps marriage. Alessia is very pretty for a first name. Let the second name be short. Another might be Allesia Tia Cottone/Armstrong.
