I was watching a Florida Marlins game and one of the announcers said that Miguel Olivo (catcher for Florida)?

was one of the strongest guys in the entire Major Leagues.
Any idea to why he would say that?

Probably because of the weight he can bench press.

probably just said it. they always say things like that. i've heard that said about every darn giants catcher we have. i'm pretty sure its not true.
