Don't worry it will heal by itself.

a manner I discovered became to take a paper towel or a washcloth and get it moist, then microwave it for about 30 seconds or till that is in simple terms a splash too warm to touch barehanded. Take it out with a warm pot holder or yet another towel and carry one corner of it onto the chew, yet confirm that is in simple terms the chew and not different aspects of your epidermis. it is going to sting like heck for about ten seconds, yet then whilst it stops stinging it won't itch anymore, and it will heal quicker using fact which you will no longer scratch it anymore. whether you do no longer scratch it once you're wide awake, you probable do once you're drowsing. the reason it stings is that the warmth is metabolizing (breaking down) the protein that the insect left interior the chew, that's what makes it itch interior the 1st place. i've got been doing this for years and it hasn't failed me yet.

My daughter has this problem with all bites - get some hydrocortizone cream (over the counter in a drug store) and rub a small dab into the bite - do this every couple of hours. rub it in - don't just put it on top.

Ask the pharmacist if she has any other bite remedies. We use "After-Bite" and Benadryl cream, too. You may need to do this for a couple of days.

The other remedy is buying Benadryl pills - but they may make you very, very sleepy...

good luck

Awwwwww pooooor babeeeee. If that is the worst thing that ever happens in your life, you will be the envy of the whole world.

Look at it this way, every creature has to survive and to survive has to feed. You have just given of yourself to nurture one tiny little life. Now, doesn't that make you feel better already?

Put an astringent like WITCH HAZEL on it. Don't scratch it. You can buy anithistamine or steroid cream at the drugstore too and put some neomysicn ointment on so it doesn't get infected.

Put "VapoRub" (or Veex) on your mosquito bite. Be gentle, and if it's around your eye it's better you should get a napkin wrapped with ice.
Good luck.
