um....if you follow everyone elses advice, and theres still viruses, take your comp to Geek Squad. they are in most Best Buys. they should be able to clear it all up and give you a super antivirus thingy...for a cost...but itll make sure you stop getting viruses.

Download AVG or Avast. Install one of them and then update and run the program. Either one should find and repair all of these problems.

If they are viruses use AVG Free from http://www.free.grisoft.com
Best to use Spybot search and destroy as well to clear out any spyware/malware get that free from http://www.spybot.info
