I try not to 'manipulate' anybody. But he fact of the matter is that, just by interactig with them, you can't help but change their internal state slightly. Just saying 'Good Morning' might be enough to cheer up a co-worker sufficiently that they didn't get into a big argument with the boss later on in the morning.
Ya just never know...........

Yes, they do sometimes. ^_^ Who doesn't have an agenda? Someone in a coma?

Really, honestly, if you have a thought in your head, or any sort of selfish drives or desires going on--if you are alive and human, basically--you have an agenda of some sort. The question is, what do you *do* with your agenda?

Hmm...I haven't been doing a lot with my own agenda lately. My existence has been free of motivation for some time, and not in a good way, in a bad, depressive sort of way. I could use more get up and go.

And well.....I don't usually try to manipulate the whole entire world. ^_^ That makes you enemies really quickly.

But I have tried to pull off a fairly big manipulation of sorts. ^_~ Can't really go into details about it here, except to say: Thank your lucky stars that my agenda is, for the most part, cute, silly and harmless....really, because some of the things I've done to *promote* that agenda could really be seen as creepy and disturbing out of context.

So yeah....I have a hidden agenda. Sort of. If you ask me directly I tell (provided you're mature enough to handle it). Otherwise I keep it quiet.

Email me if you'd like to know more....otherwise...have a star! I'd give you a cookie too if I could....

I have at times been a bit manipulative. For instance. When I know that someone does not like me, or is not comfortable around me, for whatever reason, that is when I will go directly up to that person, and start talking to them. Actually forcing them to communicate with me, and I do so very politely so that they in turn treat me as such.

Why do I do this, because I know it makes them mad. And when I walk away I know they are going to have a feather up their be hiney all day long. Gives me a devilish sense of control.

Mean spirited.........right? Life isn't always roses. LOL

Everyone's actions or words have an agenda-hidden or open. We do or say things to please people so they will be favourably inclined towards us. It is the mildest end and on the other end is hardcore selfish gains...

I feel no need to "manipulate" people or use reverse psychology.

I am just living my life in the most honest, and healthiest way possible.

Great question. No matter how hard we might try to be honest and sincere, I think we always have a slant to the things we say and do. Perhaps not intentionally, but we need to say "Hey, world, look how great I am."
