She, like any other political person, will promise what needs to be promised to get elected. This started with Hoover and his slogan, "A chicken in every pot." Carried on with FDR, life time security, with Johnson and his pie in the sky socialism and so it goes. Every election has it. She is no different.

The Left wants to PUNISH those who have managed to create personal wealth. Those extremists are her BASE and HATE the successful. They would NOT like to hear that promise.
THEY want vengeance and will extract it!
ALL the Democratic Candidates are on the same page when it comes to THAT issue. Barack Obama is the MOST extreme.
