How and where can i get a legal permassion to open a small bussiness?

I am planing to open a coffee shop here in Culver City, but i would like to know if someone have an idea of how much it cost for a permission and how can i get it? Take you for your answer. Have a nice day!

You might need a city license and a state license, it shouldn't be a large expense maybe $100. If you can afford to open a business the cost of the license will be a tiny amount to you.

Step one would be to contact Culver City city hall, and ask them about business permits and health inpections, etc. They'll be able to tell you everything you're gonna need to know.
