my sister has PCOS and feels ovulation every month --well did, she's due with baby # 2 any day. I don't have PCOS according to the lab tests, although I have several symptoms for it and I feel when I ovulate. I think some women feel it easier than others.

i have pcos and I think its your cyst. Normally your cyst's will get bigger around ovulation due to the hormone surge. I would have your doctor check you. When mine get to big, they put me on the pill for a month to control my hormones.
