It is hard for me to think about it now because I don't have any particular need, but who knows after couple of years or having babies, what I can say is that before any cosmetic procedure you need to be realistic with your goals, looking for improvement not for perfection.
Concepts about beauty are different all over the world and something that one could consider a "vanity reason" could be considered a "need" for the selfconfidence of someone else. Each person is a world. More about this in this artile wrotten by a doctor who works in the Bioethics field http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/news/so-vain-4.html

well i am 19 years old and had a baby almost 1 year ago and sometimes when i look in the mirror i feel upset because i have no longer got the body of a young women but more of a women in her thirties, so if i could afford it then i would have surgery, as soon as possible. i suppose it would also be to do with vanity reasons, because why should i only be pretty y not have it all?

I wouldn't personally, but there are a few considerations.
First that you're doing it for yourself, not for someone else and not because you think it will improve your romantic opportunities or change your life, because it won't. Plastic surgery doesn't fix insecurities or personality quirks. It's like a tattoo or coloring your hair, it's fun to look at, but the novelty wears off quickly and you're still the same person.
I do understand and sympathize when young women have babies and their bodies look different after childbirth; it's hard to accept. If you have lots of cash on hand, go for it, but if you have to sacrifice too much, it's not worth it to punish your kids. A guy has to love you for who you are, just like you'd accept his flaws. You don't want a superficial guy anyway.
Second, be sure that you aren't taking money away from something that's more important for your life. It's expensive for some people. Do you think it's more important than buying something you've been wanting or paying off bills that have been weighing you down? I have kids, so I couldn't rationalize spending money on plastic surgery instead of taking them to Disney or something like that, but I don't know your situation.

I am considering a tummy tuck, face lift and breast reshaping. As you all know, I'm losing a lot of weight and there's the question of what to do with all that ...... skin if I lose the rest.
I have been told that because it's through weight loss, can be referred to have it done on the NHS. I'm going to have my next check-up when I reach 16 stones and blow the doctor's mind .... I'm now just over 19 stones and my GP hasn't seen me since I was 22 stones.

Don’t finish every last morsel on your own plate, but leave a mouthful or maybe two. This clever little technique means your host doesn’t present to refill your plate, and you also don’t feel tempted to buy seconds.

Get scrubbing! Give your maid the day off and allow your pad a good clean up. You’ll be amazed at the way fast you banish those bingo wings.

No, I would only use the surgery if I were in an accident.
