also does anybody know wat adware does? if its just popups or what?

Adware/spyware- First, they are advertising. Second, most of the install tracking cookies into your machine so that they can track your surfing habits.

Hiya,
Go to the Lavasoft website and download a program called Ad-Aware. This is free for personal use and very effective. Also, a good anti-spyware program is Spyware Doctor. This normally costs, but if you get it as part of a package by Google (search in google) you can get a free version.

Adware tries to get you to buy their products. Never click on it. Get Superantispyware. It will work.

try this one..super-anti-spyware. gugel it and look for the free edition..i've tried it and works great, by the way remove the bars when you look for it ok

use AdAware http:/www.lavasoft.com.
Adware only gives pop-ups but spyware is much worse and AdAware is a solution for both
