the devils are 3-0 when he plays in net! hes only allowed 1 or maybe 2 goals this preseason!

Like last year, only a year older. On the plus side, he's a year younger than he'll be next year. He's just one of those guys, you can ask this question for another 10 years.
I don't know how much of the success is Marty and how much is the style of play Jersey uses, but talk about the right guy in the right place at the right time.

I think he died and was replaced by an actual brick wall a few years ago.
Seriously though, he'll do just fine. Again. And for several more years. He'll be one of the greatest goalies in history, don't worry. He probalby wont' break the shutouts record this year, but he'll put himself a lot closer.

Let's see how he is in a month. Let's see just how porous the d is without Rafalski? Me thinks if they Devils stumble out of the block they will make a trade. Don't they play first 8 games or something on the road?

Marty's is the best goalie ever. He's great. It's another year but his performance doesn't show it. He'll never leave the devils. YAY! He's bound for the hall of fame...
PS you know your a real devils fan if you know the name of the backup goalie! (clemenson)
