Sometimes the truth hurts. OK a lot of the time the truth hurts and people do not like acknowledging their faults or mistakes. People take a defensive position when they are confronted. But without having the truth out in the open the healing cannot begin for anyone involved.

What are we supposed to conform to ? I'm sure not embassassed about anything.
We all want to hear the truth . Who decides what is the truth, and what is not ?
