I've read them all - some of them, admittedly, a while back (Little Women and The Hunchback of Notre
Dame.)
You are in for a treat. All of the books you mentioned are great reads by extremely talented authors: Shirley Jackson, Daphne du Maurier, Thomas Hardy, Victor Hugo, and Truman Capote (actually, I'm a little surprised to see "In Cold Blood" on your list. It's an absorbing "non-fiction novel", but it seems the "odd man out" among the others.)

If you love to read, then I'm sure you'll love to read any book that will come along. Book lovers love books, any book that will come along!
But to answer your question, yes, I've read all those books. And yes, they're good. Rebecca and In Cold Blood were one of the best books that really moved me---but that is because I have always loved darker themes. (I hope that wasn't much of a spoiler). "The Mayor..." and "We Have Always Lived..." were also sad.
I'm sure you'll have a good reading time with the ones you have chosen.

I enjoyed Hunchback. It's a bit dense at some points, but it's good stuff.
