It depends on what one is attempting to buy, and what the payments are. My vote, cannot be bought. My loyalty to the USA already has been bought, and paid for, and paymets are still being made. My love, or anyone elses I suspect, can't be bought, only won. My friendship and respect can be earned.
Don't you just wonder sometimes, when somebody gives you a thumbs down, just exactly what it was they didn't like or agree with?
