Often the most obvious explanation is not the right one.
The condoms could have been there for a long time, perhaps before he met you. He may have been planning to take you somewhere and do something exciting. It's even possible that they belong to another person who was traveling with him.
If he hasn't promised himself, then you should continue to build your relationship. If he has, then you need to know with whom he intended to use them, and go from there.

Well ask him why there's a condom in the car and then when he lies dump him and move on. He shouldn't be doing that when he has a hot woman at home just waiting to jump him.

Well, what? You know what it means so what's the problem here? You didn't call him your husband so if he isn't married to you, there's a problem with the commitment level. And if he is married to you, there's no explanation that will be satisfactory. A cheater needs a kick to the curb.

Unless it is a rental car or shared it with someone, he is making that business trip personal!
If it is a routine business trip, it may be more than casual.

Did you talk to him about it? If not you should, it's the only way you will find out anything, even if he lies, which he probably will, still confront him. I would also step back and take a look at your relationship with him.

Not so good, but you need to confront him about it for sure. Don't let him give you the run around and if he has problems looking you in the eye, then whatever he's trying to feed you is a lie.
