Get a quote from Office Depot, they're cheaper than Office Max and Kinkos. They usually offer $20 off on jobs over 100 copies a couple of times a month around here.

A regular printer can give you a job quote, and the small independant print shops may even go lower than the bigger guys. Check with Econoprint and PIP for sure, I've used both and they always did a good job and came in under everyone else's quotes.

could go through a publisher, or if you want to continue to print books throughout your life you should invest in the equipment to do it yourself, then all you pay for realy is the ink, paper, and glues/staples...etc. you do not have to get an editor, there are alot of publishing companies that offer printing services separatly. do some research online for publishers and printers, there also may be some printing shops other than kinkos in your area(mom and pop buisnesses), try yahoo maps and clicking the companies link or calling in to check their prices.
