Two reasons why he is not a member of Pakistan
1). After his major injury in 2004, Saqlain spent almost three years out of cricket, actively promoting the religion of Islam in local communities.
2). After marrying a British citizen, Saqlain gained a British passport, which will make him eligible to play for England after a four-year qualification period ends in April 2008.
He has been playing county cricket in England for a long time now.

Saqlain Mushtaq became a British citizen and has a British passport. Now if he has to play international cricket, he will play for England and not for Pakistan.

Saqlain Mushtaq was the best off spinner in his time.
He is out of the side because he isn't fit enough otherwise he is still a good bowler.
Can you believe it? Even Mushtaq Ahmed is making things difficult for the county batsmen,lol

He has moved out of Pakistan to England and is presently playing county cricket there.

He is not a player for Pakistan because they completely ingnored him.Presently he is playing for England county clubs.
