You know what? If you are comfy with who you are, no matter what you look like, and you can honestly tell your self that you are a beautiful person, then you should know weather or not you are sexy. If you have to rely on public opinion and what everyone else thinks about your "outside" and not what is inside because that is what matters most, then you should reflect on the values you have. The most important thing is that you are beautiful inside rather than outside. Granted no body cares much for slobs, but I hope you can get my point here. Everyone wants to be accepted by someone or a lot of someones and every day we strive to be accepted by how we look, how we act, and the truth is that we will always be searching for acceptance. Just trust that if you are happy with who you are and what is inside of you that makes you "sexy" or beautiful, then that is all that matters.
