My ex husband called my cellphone and I dont know what country he was calling from. I hanged up because I hate him but I need to know what country the call came from. Because he threatens me.

This is a French country code. If you really hate your husband you helped your cause. Its not generally a good idea to give phone numbers in an open internet forum. But, in your case...
Maybe some people will call and harass him. You never know!

In future if you want to know what country is, open white pages
couple first pages and you will see all phone codes for every
country.
