Neither. He's telling you, in his own way, that he sees you in his future and wants to continue to be with you. If you saw a ring, then he's proposing.

I am a guy ... and so I can tell you... that he definitely is trying to get u to try best to be what he wants ... Tell him "I am the best I can be... I shall be the what I want to be in the future too ..... If you want me for your future ...and want to be a part of my future too ..... than this is your future standing in front of you ... my future standing in front of me"
[means u are saying yes if he accepts you now or in the near future]

Sounds like he is asking for an exclusive relationship now and what he wants the relationship to be in the future. Yes, there is a tinge of distrust in it, but more than he is not secure in himself and his ability to keep your love.

i dont think that he is proposing. i think he is just saying he wants to be with you and he doesnt want you to go anywhere. he wants you to be in his future and he wants you to still be his in the future. a proposal could happen but i seroiusly dont think this is it. good luck! <3

Why not just ask him what he is trying to say. Try para phasing something he's saying back to him and telling him how you are interrupt it. See if you are close on what he's meaning. It's always better to ask than to assume

Sounds to me he is trying to train you !!! Get real....he wants you to stay the way you are for him........Get it ??? PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEEE you remain the same while he does what he wants !!! and he still expects you to be there just for him..........If he was real he would have said....i want US to be together in the future and US to be evrything to EACH OTHER........and willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen !!!!! He is letting you know how committed he wants to be with you and is in a way saying 'dont hurt be, please love me forever the way I want to love you forever.'
He is not purposing YET, but this is a big hint that he plans to.
