Shoot the tiger and the crocodile and take out bush by hand in 1 on 1 combat.

Shoot the crocodile, shoot the tiger, then take care of Bush the old fashioned way, since I don't have to worry about him chewing my limbs off. Then I could use the unloaded revolver to hopefully smash the lock and run away.

you didn't say if the bullets are blank or real bullets
because if they are blanks I'd have to take my chances against the 3 of them.....
