which racing game?

I want a game that plays like Project Gotham Racing 4 but lets you customize like Need for Speed Carbon for the 360 and has to be out by Nov. any suggestions?

The only game that I can think of is Need For Speed: Pro Street. I read somewhere that Need for Speed: Pro Street is supposed to be a more realistic racing game as in terms of car handling and such, but of coure customization still will be avaliable because it's a Need For Speed game.

I've never played a Project Gotham Racing game in my life, I've only played Gran Turismo racing games so I don't know how Project Gotham plays, but I'm guessing it's somewhat of a realistic racing game.

Need For Speed: Pro Street is coming out in November. I know that it's coming out for the PS3 because I'm picking it up, but I haven't checked for the 360, but of course it's coming out for the 360 as well because the game is produced by EA games.
