Yes, Myself. Although you will find that even though a person has the ability to use either right or left for anything they still seem to have a preference for most things. I write with my left hand mostly and shoot a gun or bow right handed. I use a shovel or hammer depending on what angle I'm standing at at the time.

If you mean ambidextrous, yes.

I have met several people who are equally dexterous with either hand at all things and many more who are better at some things with their non-dominant hand than with their dominant hand.

I'm ambidextrous, and have known a number of people with equal dexterity with either hand.

It's not common, but it exists.
