in new york city there is not age limit and there shouldn't be a age limit to begin with ppl of all ages are getting down and dirty

No. I have heard of pharmacists not selling young kids condoms but I believe it would be illegal. But if you are that young, to the point you think you might not be allowed to buy condoms- then please don't have sex!!

Yeah...like cigarettes and alcohol...you need to be an adult. However, if you get a pack out of the dispenser in the restrooms, there is no preventing that.
