I've used Premier Towncar for several years and they have been fantastic. They pick up on time, offer great service, etc. I've not actually compared their prices, but I believe they are pretty comparable to the others in Orlando.
I've used other companies in the past and they just weren't as good, and I've not had much luck with Mears either.

Budget for Orlando International airport - their desk is in the terminal and the cars are across the street - not too far to walk with all your cases. At Sanford Airport I would choose Hertz as most people on arriving flights will be using Dollar or Alamo. check out all the car hire comparison websites for prices
