what is the standard process of being made redundant if the company is going bust? uk?

who gets paid first, where do they fall on the priorities list for redundandcy pay etc, if the company is going under will employees still get months pay and redundancy,

If the Company goes bust then you may well get nothing from the Company.

The Government will pay your Redundancy instead (you get Government Minimum which is nothing like what the Company might have paid)
