I'm totally behind Lewis and want him to win the championship so badly but I think he should keep certain comments to himself until the end of the season. A couple of things he's said have made me laugh but I think he should be the bigger man and wait until it's all over before saying things about Alonso - not stoop down to his level.

I totally agree with "Top_Gear". Lewis is a very good driver, but needs to learn other skills - discretion for 1. And a change in attitude would serve him well ..... to say he should have drove Alonso into the wall makes him look stupid. Lets not forget however, he is only 22 and still has a lot to learn.

As Lewis has gone on I have warmed to him.He has been mature and feels a part of a team...well placed in it...but he has shown he has the skill and so deserves his chance. He has taken it and proved himself already as a steady strong pair of hands...er...and feet.He is still so young to be so mature but must have good advisers and support.
I think now he may have said that he's had enough of Alonso and some people didn't want him to involve himself but now was a good time to say it and put Alonso in his arogant, self serving and cheating place.
Various people in Ferari and McLaren have made some funny and dishonest moves trying to gain within their teams for themselves....there have been a lot of losers from their efforts and this seems unfair on the majority of team members.I cannot say I like Ferrari though as at the top they do seem to have a great desire to pull McLaren down over the years and have for long supported the cheat Shumacher. That nasty little German never once admitted his tactics were to run people off the track......If you do it at least have the honesty to all who have seen it to admit what your willing to do.
I am not saying all drivers should be nice guys but have the courage to tell it how it is.Its a game so play within the rules of the game...
Hamilton has raced fair and hard....I hope he holds the trophy after the next couple of races.
Alonso and his compatriot should feel upheld to pay that £50million fine themselves for their part in losing McLaren the Constructors Championship which Ron Dennis and the team deserve.Alonso has let Ron Dennis down badly.
Ferrari must hang their heads in shame once again hiding behind the rules and playing others off on each other. That shortass Todt is such a slug.
Its all been very much more interesting than usual though as the actual racing now is so...Formulaic.
Wouldn't it be good if the best drivers could win instead of just the best cars...with admittidly good drivers in them...Its still only the two or three top teams that ever win anything.
Now I've had my tuppence worth. :oD

The Spanish whistleblower will not win the Championship and form your own views as to why.Lewis and Kimi R fight for the crown now.Lou has fairly won every accolade in the Sporting World this year.He has brought a dying sport back to life and above all he is British through and through, here is one guy who is over the moon and so should you all be.What the hell is wrong with the British Public I dont know.We had David Beckham and many went out to destroy him and his brilliant talents, now its Lewis in his first year of F1 and what a show he has put on.He is without doubt the best F1 has seen in many decades of the sport.Should you see a Red competitive car on the M1 displaying support for Lewis that will be me.

lol i love the way everyone calls him 'king'. he is very very good (i am a fan by the way) but he is not a king yet. A lot of the people i know that don't like Lewis say its not him or McLaren they hate, it's just the press overkill. In all fairness, we should all get behind our new sporting treasure and give him the support he deserves. that goes for Jenson, DC and Anthony Davidson too, they are all doing a grand job.

Hamilton has a lot of talent and I like that he speaks his mind and not what the team tells him to say..but the only problem is that he is still 22 and kinda imature and when he speaks his mind it comes out like a little baby that has lost his rattle..but i do hope he wins the title,he does deserve it..and ok he is in a great car,but it does take a good talent to bring the best out of the best cars. and hope Kimi wins next year....and also..why does people think British should always support other British drivers? are we all robots that cant make our own minds up who we want to support? come on..support who the hell you like..I`m British and I supported Shumacher and still love the guy,and now I support Kimi..though I look out for other drivers too, like Hamilton etc..Think for yourself people

In his interview before qualifying, Lewis did say that he wished he had knocked him into a wall (Alonso)! Apart from that I'm not sure

He's a rookie and he's just a kid. when people ask him questions, he talks too much and reveals a lot more than he should.
