To rehabilitate the displaced we must first find a way to house and feed them. Get them healthy and then put them into the workforce at a steady pace. To just throw them back in would be detrimental to not only them but the employer as well. They need to relearn the value of a dollar and how to save and to pay month to month costs. With inflation like it is and has been many will find it very difficult to reenter the "real world". We must be patient but deligent with them all.
