There really isnt anywhere you can get a "FREE" website. If it is, you will have so many ads most people probably wont want to visit it! Ahhhhh. I would suggest that you use a free hosting website (like http://www.freewebs.com, or http://www.tripod.com) and if you use that one like www.websats.com/lloyd you could get URL FORWARDING! AHA! When someone types in "www.websats.com/lloyd" you could be forwarded to like errm "www.lloyd.co.nr" I would suggest http://www.co.nr for url forwarding because like all url forwarding its:

1. *PUTS UP A HUGE FLASHING BANNER THAT SAYS "FREEEEEEEEEE!"*
2. The ads usually wont attack you and they are family friendly :D

Its just like masking your old url and forwarding to the same url but be WARNeD: iT does NOT work for ALL WEBPAGES IN YOUR WEBSITE! Trust me ive tried, being a web designer myself and only been in it for about 2 years! another url forwarding program is DotTk (http://www.dot.tk)!
like this: http://www.lloyd.tk
Would that work or is it more like "I want a .org/.net/.com/.tv/ etc."

Here to answer questions related to websites, web design, how to navigate websites, Which is better, how do you write ridiculously long answers, and am i wearing the right type of shoes with this outfit,

Emma.

If you want the url to be:
www.mysite.com

then you are out of luck. You have to pay for the domain.

sorry.
