Taco bells are franchises. Did you call Taco Bell or did you call and complain to the company that owns that particular Taco Bell. I know at my Taco Bell there is a sign in the drive thru window that says who owns the store with a number to contact. If you are concerned on how you were treated by the employees then go to someone higher up like the owner.

Some franchise's are independently owned and do not accept all coupons I found this out at a Subway once and was quite upset. It is however, up to the independent owner to accept or not to accept the coupon. In my case he also lost my business and the business of all the people who worked for my company and there were about 4thousand employees there. Nice to know that it did not take him long to go out of business. Maybe he should have accepted coupons?

Return to that Taco Bell and politely ask for the Regional or District Manager's name and phone number or address.
This is the person who will want to hear about your treatment and who will be the most effective in correcting it. Contact this manager and explain exactly what happened. He/she is the immediate supervisor of the manager of the Taco Bell you visited. Results should follow.
Best of luck.

I don't know why they wouldn't take the coupon. I wouldn't be embarrised if the coupon is expired. the its expired. my answer is. your time and worry for two days over a fifty cents savings. trash the coupon and go to another taco bell. or better yet its just about the last day for those burgerking coupons to expire. you know the ones that they sell at oops today is the last day for the burgerking coupons.

Dude, call 1-800-TacoBell and tell the customer service rep.
You should get some certificates for free food.
When I complained about bad service, they apologized profusely and sent me some vochers for free food.
If you don't want to call, you can visit this website:

When you contact customer service, be sure you have the date it happened and the shift when you were there. Maybe you even have the name of the person who turned you away?

Do yourself a favor and eat something better than Taco Bell. Unless you're 'backed up' or something.
I just would not go there again. Too many other places in the world to eat.
